We want you to love your KIBOVSKI piece. If something isn't right, here is how returns work.

Your right to cancel
Under UK consumer law, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason. We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

Condition
Items must be returned unworn, unused, with tags and in their original packaging. We do not accept returns of worn, damaged, used, or altered items.

How to return
To start a return, email us at kibovskibrand@gmail.com with your order number, and we will send you the return address and instructions.

Return postage
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is faulty, damaged, or not as described. We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit back to us.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 14 days.

Exchanges
As pieces are made in limited numbers, the quickest way to exchange is to return your item for a refund and place a new order.

Faulty items
If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described, please contact us at kibovskibrand@gmail.com within 30 days with photos, and we will arrange a replacement or full refund, including any return postage.
